Ian D Tompkins_Managing Director/Chartered Architect BA(Hons), DipArch (Sheff), RIBA
Ian formed the practice in 1998 and has 30 years experience, specialising in stadia, commercial, educational, residential and low energy designs. Since graduating from The University of Sheffield in 1985 Ian has worked for Eric Hudson Architects and Alan Cotterell Partnership where he became an Associate, before forming his own practice. As well as overseeing all projects he is currently involved in a number of masterplan and town extension proposals, through to the other end of the scale with individual Passivhaus residential projects.

 

Michael H Cash_Financial Director/Architectural Technologist MCIAT
Mike joined the practice in 1999 and rose to the position of Director in 2001. He has over 30 years experience in the construction sector, specialising in aviation, educational, commercial and industrial projects. He has previously worked for Alan Cotterell Partnership, Mason Richards Partnership (now RPS) and Deeley Design and Construct Ltd. He is currently involved in international flight training centres for a number of clients including Boeing, and industrial projects for BOC and RICOH amongst others.

 

Leigh B Holt_Creative Director/Chartered Architect BA(Hons), DipArch(Birm), RIBA
Leigh joined the practice in 2003, becoming a Director in 2004, and has 30 years experience in the construction sector, specialising in educational, aviation, healthcare, commercial and conservation projects. Before embarking on his career as an architect, Leigh was an Architectural Technician for 5 years, then an Architectural Assistant for 11 years. Since graduating from Birmingham University in 2002 he worked for Hickton Madeley before joining etc Design Ltd. He is currently involved in a number of commercial projects, including an award winning dental practice, and conservation projects for The National Trust. He is the treasurer for the Wolverhampton & District Society of Architects and chairs the committee for the Wolverhampton Forgotten Spaces Competition, which he created in 2013.
