etc Design Ltd were appointed by Cora Developments to assist with the transformation of these redundant farm buildings into a collection of 5 luxury residential properties, all set within 1.2 acres of rural Shropshire countryside.

Comprising a mix of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units enclosing a central courtyard, each property was sympathetically converted internally to retain areas of exposed brickwork and structural timber members together with finishes consisting of: ceramic tile and oak timber floors, windows, doors & staircases. This gave each property its own unique charm and character.
