Rosewood Pet Products approached etc Design Ltd to assist with finding suitable development land within the Telford & Wrekin area for relocating and expanding their business. 

We helped to establish the client brief, paying particular attention to the accommodation and tenant fit out requirements for both the main offices, product showroom and warehousing unit.

A subsequent programme of deliverables was developed with the client to include developer input at an early stage. This early involvement with the developer resulted in a unique cladding solution with both vertical and horizontal profiled cladding panels, with pressed metal banding to openings and full height opaque panels to provide natural light into the warehouse area. The solution was both cost effective in terms of  the repair/maintenance of the building and environmental sustainability. 

etc Design Ltd were appointed to develop the client brief and develop the scheme design to suit  the client’s specific needs, together with the employers requirements specification. etc Design Ltd were novated to the Developer, Morris Property Ltd, to complete the detailed technical design and assist with statutory approvals and on-site queries during construction.
