Our client’s intention was to provide holiday accommodation as a base for activity holidays including horse riding, with guests able to make use of the on-site stabling and local bridleway network and other activities including fishing, rambling and shooting within the grounds.

With its complex planning history and ecological restrictions, etc Design Ltd were able to obtain planning approval for conversion to 3 holiday lets and a 3 bedroom dwelling, whilst retaining an existing stable block to the east side of the courtyard.
