This triangular piece of brownfield land was purchased by our developer clients with an outline application for 9 units that had expired. We were tasked with revisiting the scheme and by reworking the layout achieved 10, 3 bed units all with on plot parking and rear gardens.

A simple cost effective palette of materials was selected utilizing red facing brick, feature composite cladding panels, grey upvc windows and doors, and concrete interlocking roofing tiles to respond to existing properties in the surrounding area.

After successfully obtaining full planning approval etc Design Ltd have been appointed to lead the team and develop the technical design, assist with tendering procedure and administer the building contract.  The project is due to start on site shortly.
