Highley Pens Ltd is a global leader in calligraphy products. With its continual growth of their Manuscript brand across the world, they approached etc Design Ltd to provide lead designer and coordination services for a new warehouse and expansion of their existing offices.

The new packaging and storage warehouse with loading area and separate office extension to existing manufacturing building, were designed to provide a modern and fresh appearance that linked the two buildings. This complex rural site is being developed in phases and once completed, will provide Highley Pens Ltd with room for expansion and growth in the future.

etc Design Ltd have secured planning approval for both the office expansion and separate warehouse & packaging facility and are currently progressing with detailed technical design for phase 1 of the new warehouse building.
